We accept all Credit Cards and Debit Cards and also payments via wire transfer. Please e-mail for bank account details if you wish to pay via wire transfer.


Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order with Reference numbers.


We are delighted and proud to inform you that all domestic and international orders are free of charge.



Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for customers ordering items to be shipped outside of Turkey. All sales are final.


You may return or exchange your purchase for any reason, including sale items.

In accordance with EU Distance Selling Regulations, returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. If the return tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.

Defects or any other discrepancies should be reported to us by email at shop@takawear.net no later than 7 days from receiving your purchase. If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

They are certain conditions where a return or exchange cannot be granted:

-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

-Any item that is returned more than 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we unfortunately cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we recommend returning your purchase for a refund and placing another order.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item(s). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are dedicated to making sure that your order arrives as safely and as soon as possible. 

Overseas orders including the EU and the Rest of the World will be shipped using DHL Express or UPS. 

For a faster delivery, we use UPS Express Saver. This service has a guaranteed 3-5 working day service to most EU destinations if your order is placed before 2 pm Monday.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 6pm.

Prices quoted do not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.


We are unable to redirect your order once it has been dispatched. Please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.


On placing your order we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. As soon as payment is processed, you will receive another email to inform you that your purchase has been shipped. 

Each item will be assigned a tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse, enabling us to locate your package. When your order has been dispatched, we will contact you directly with an order tracking number.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days or if at any time you have a question regarding the status of your order, please contact us directly at shop@takawear.net where we will be happy to look into your request and assist you in any way we can.


We insure each purchase from dispatch and during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified address. Upon delivery to the specified delivery address, responsibility of your order transfers to you and is no longer covered by our insurance. If you are returning an item and loss or theft occurs, TAKA IC VE DIS TIC LTD STI cannot be held responsible.


If you order items for delivery outside of the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes that are your responsibility where they apply. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, and they remain the responsibility of the customer. If local import taxes apply, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time, as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by TAKA IC VE DIC TIC LTD STI to you.


Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email and will get a full refund.


Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping to PO Box addresses.

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to have the shipment redirected to an alternative address.


You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under this terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm TAKA IC VE DIS TIC LTD STI or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain from or through this site any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.

Please note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities. Athena Procopiou Ltd are required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-EU shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
